Brief Biography:

I am a doctoral candidate at the University of Leicester. I graduated with first-class honours in European and International Studies (MA) from the University of Trento, Italy. I also hold a first-class Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Milano Bicocca, Italy.

Research Interests:

My interests lie broadly in the areas of political and digital sociology, comparative politics, political behaviour, political parties, public opinion, migrant integration and the politics of immigration.

In my PhD I am currently focusing on the political integration of Moroccan-origin migrants in several European cities; I investigate the impact of contextual factors on the attitudinal and behavioural engagement of Moroccan migrants and their descendants in the political sphere of the country of residence.
