Biological Neural Networks, Bioinformatics, Neurogenomics.
Neurodegenerative diseases (Huntington’s, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer's).
Genetic and therapeutic approaches for neurodegenerative diseases (e.g., RNA silencing, neurotrophic factors).

Methods/Techniques

Electrophysiological recordings with multi electrode arrays (MEAs).
Computational Neuroscience and Neurogenomics: data analysis with R and Matlab.
Genomic analysis, population specific expression analysis (PSEA).
