Open Day 2018

Museum Studies Open Day 2018, University of Leicester

We are pleased to announce that our next Open Day will be taking place on Thursday 22nd February. This Open Day is for any applicant or prospective applicant who is considering commencing Masters study with the School in 2018 (see details of our courses).

The day will provide the opportunity to meet academic staff in the School; sample three 'bitesize' lectures; meet some current full-time MA students; have a guided tour of the School and be provided with all the details of the course(s) that you are interested in.  Attend as little or as much as you wish.

Full details of the afternoon are provided here.

The Open Day will take place in the Museum Studies Building at 19 University Rd, Leicester LE1 7RF. You can download a campus map and directions to the University. The School of Museum Studies is located on University Road, close to the junction with London Road and is around 10-15 minutes walk from the train station. Unfortunately there is no parking for visitors on campus, please allow time to find nearby on-street parking or the Granville Rd public car park.

If you are unable to attend in person, why not log on to view the live video stream of the Open Day.  The link will be provided here shortly.
