The School building and its facilities

The building that houses the School of Museum Studies underwent a complete renovation in 2009 to create a modern research and teaching environment for our students and staff. Facilities include two large teaching rooms, our 'Collections Room, a room dedicated practical activities, and display cases and spaces throughout the building.

Our aim is for our building to be welcoming to everyone who uses it. Recently we have added gender-neutral toilet facilities. The building is accessible for wheelchair users with lift access to the first floor and disabled toilet facilities on both ground and first floors.

Below you can find some images of the building and its facilities.
