  • (Oct 2020) I have funding to hire a PhD student on the project Structural optimization applied to space missions. The project is in collaboration with  Prof. Georgoulis. You can find more details about it and submit your application here. The application deadline is Monday 23 November 2020.
  • (July 2020) I have secured an £84,401 SPRINT Innovation Voucher to collaborate with Routemasters to improve access to the informal transport network of Lagos, Nigeria.
  • (May 2020) Florian Wechsung and I have written a manuscript about the shape optimization software Fireshape. You can find it here.
  • (Jan 2020) I am collaborating with artist Lee Allatson on the Maths meets arts project Sounds of surface.
Teaching: I am convening the modules MA3513 Business Project, MA4701 Advanced Readings in Mathematics, and the SMAS Dataclub. I am also the course director of the Applied Computation and Numerical Modelling MSc.

I am a numerical analyst and I study numerical methods
for solar physics and PDE-constrained shape optimization.

I am also interest in numerical software. My main project is
the open source library Fireshape.
