Methods Workshop, Wednesday 11 November 2015

This session will comprise of a workshop, to be facilitated by colleagues from criminology and psychology, who have significant training in, and experience of, a variety of methodologies. The key aim is to explore with lawyers a wider – and more experimental – range of research methods.

Ayahausca in the English Courts: legal entanglements with the jungle vine, Wednesday 7 October 2015

Charlotte Walsh's (Leicester Law School) paper considers the somewhat hazy legal status of ayahuasca in England through a consideration of relevant international provisions, domestic legislation and case law, drawing parallels with other psychedelic substances.
