The mediator as a witness in court, 13 November 2019

Mr Tony Allen from the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) will be presenting a paper on ‘The mediator as a witness in court’.

Tony is a leading figure in the field of mediation, has extensive experience in mediating a wide range of civil disputes, and has written extensively on mediation theory and practice. He  was also one of the authors of the Civil Justice Council ADR Interim and Final Reports (2018) and has worked with former members of the Court of Appeal in promoting mediation.
