‘The UK and Ireland after Brexit’, 12 May 2017

This BREXIT FORUM will discuss the impact of Brexit on Ireland, and on UK-Ireland relations from a legal and political perspective.

Professor Brice Dickson (Law, Queen’s Belfast) will speak about “Brexit, Human Rights and the Belfast Agreement”, Dr Stephen Hopkins (Politics department, Leicester) will reflect on Northern Irish parties and their political positions in the forthcoming election campaign, and Professor Bernard Ryan (Leicester Law School) will discuss British-Irish immigration issues.
