CELI Peace Talks 2020-2021: International Law Outside the Box

International Law Outside the Box

The 2020-2021 Annual Speakers Series is hosted by the Centre of European Law and Internationalisation (CELI) at Leicester Law School. The series answers pressing questions by thinking about international law ‘Outside the Box’, thinking in innovative ways and to reimagine international law in light of contemporary challenges, including re-examining the actors, practices, sources, institutions, purposes, effectiveness and enforcement.

The series hosts six panels addressing the following themes of international legal scholarship and practice

The speakers will offer non-orthodox readings and understandings of international legal subjects, issues and approaches, based on their experience and scholarship. Each panel will be carefully curated and open to questions from the audience.
