Ewa and Laura received the award for organising a series of seminars under the name of the “Legal Week”. The Legal Week is a flexible and informal forum where undergraduate and postgraduate students with interest in Law discuss with members of staff current issues from a legal perspective. These events were held twice a month in the Law School, with the aim of promoting the development of critical thinking, communication and problem solving skills.

The University’s Teaching Partnership Awards celebrate excellent contributions by students who teach and significantly enhance the learning experience of their peers. The award recognises students as partners in their own learning and as University’s  partners in improving  broader learning and teaching culture.

The awards will be presented at the Student Awards evening on Wednesday 8 June 2016, hosted by the Students’ Union, at the Athena events venue.
