Neoclis Neocleous

His paper was entitled: State Creation: In Search of the Grey Area. It included a summary of the basic theories and customary international law around the regulation, creation and recognition of statehood. It proposed new perspectives upon which the issue could be viewed and explored.

The North East PGR Law Forum Conference consisted of Law PhD students from across the UK, including prestigious institutions such as Durham and Oxford Universities.

The Law School extends it congratulations to Neoclis especially since this was his first public presentation.
