Professor Graham’s presentation (pdf) was on OFGEM and vulnerable consumers; Dr Canto-Lopez’s paper (pdf) looked at recent trends on enforcement by Ofgem.

At the event, there were also other professors and lecturers from all over Spain invited to discuss energy efficiency and vulnerable consumers in Spain. Interesting question and debates generated, particularly as delegates could compare the differences between the UK system and the Spanish one.  It is hoped that this will be the first of many other international events that would encourage the cross-fertilisation of two different legal systems.

The Forum was organised by Professor Isabel Gonzalez Rios and the invitations extended to Leicester academics by the Head of Faculty of Law, Professor Juan Jose Hinojosa Torralvo.
