The first issue of 2015 in the School’s SSRN e-Journal series has been distributed. It showcases research by several members of staff and features collaborative outputs from the international network of the School of Law.

SSRN Legal Scholarship Network

This issues features papers from Dr Jule Mulder, on comparing European harmonised law; Dr Albert Sanchez-Graells, who writes about the qualification, selection and exclusion of economic operators under Spanish public procurement law and, together with Ignacio Herrera Anchustegui (University of Bergen), on the impact of public procurement aggregation on competition; Prof José Miola, on the issue of the separation of the institutional, personal and professional ethical standards involved in interactions between doctor and patient; Dr Horace Yeung, on the path of development of the two leading commercial centres in China amidst the wider context of Chinese economic reform; and Prof Katja Ziegler, on the relationship between international law and EU law.

All papers are also available at the free-access the University of Leicester Law School Research Papers Series Repository, which forms part of the SSRN Legal Scholarship Network. The Repository also contains a range of other published and working papers by members of the School.
