Dr Anne Witt shortlisted for ‘the Oscars of the antitrust community’

Piece on the enforcement of Art 101 of the Treaty of European Union has just been shortlisted for a 2019 Concurrences Antitrust Writing Award.

This is a very prestigious annual award covering publications from across the world. The general public now gets to vote on their favourite articles, which will determine the final rankings.

Dr Witt’s article critically examines the European Commission’s approach to the enforcement of Article 101, concluding that it is currently not being enforced effectively.
