Dr Anne Witt awarded prestigious fellowship at New York University

Research project on ‘Big Tech, Competition and Consumer Welfare’

Dr. Anne Witt has been appointed as an Emile Noël Global Fellow at New York University (NYU) School of Law after a competitive selection process. The fellowship’s purpose is to advance scholarship in the field of international and regional economic law & justice within the framework of NYU’s Jean Monnet Center directed by Gráinne de Búrca and Joseph Weiler. Anne has been selected to work on her research project ‘Big Tech, Competition and Consumer Welfare’, which explores the approach of the European and US antitrust authorities to enforcing competition law in the digital economy. She will be resident at NYU during the fall semester of the academic year 2019–2020.
