Management of archaeological projects

This one day course will aim to equip heritage professionals with the tools to:

  • Define aims and initial objectives for the project.
  • Identify project requirements and methods.
  • Estimate resources and develop programmes of work.
  • Identify and prepare for potential risks.
  • Evaluate project design success.

The course will be led by staff from the University of Leicester and delivered on the 10 October 2017.
