A one day CPD course to be held on the 26 October at the University of Leicester aims to introduce archaeologists and heritage practitioners to the art of writing a desk based assessment (DBA).

With input from Grahame Appleby (City Archaeologist, Leicester City Council), and Vicki Score (Deputy Director, ULAS) we aim to provide a course that will not only enhance the skills of archaeologists who have only recently begun writing DBAs, but to offer insight for those hoping to broaden their experience and move into writing as part of their current or future career plans.
