PhD student wins Bert Tanner Scholarship

Geography PhD student Ross Morrison has won a Bert Tanner Scholarship.

Geography PhD student Ross Morrison has been awarded one of only two available Bert Tanner Scholarships (US$ 2,500) to attend a two week residential flux measurement and advanced modelling course at the University of Colorado Mountain Research Station near Nederland, Colorado during July 2009. The course will link the various scales of flux measurement to ecosystem modelling techniques and remote sensing measurements.
