Discovering, developing and advancing diagnosis, new medicines and treatments for patients

The Leicester Precision Medicine Institute (LPMI) brings together the research expertise and facilities of the University of Leicester and University Hospitals Leicester NHS Trust with industry to advance new medicines and medical technology innovations to impact on healthcare in our multi-ethnic population.

Integration of new technologies is providing much more information about health and disease that we are using to better predict, diagnose and treat disease. Through LPMI partners we are ensuring more rapid delivery of improved healthcare to our patients in the UHL NHS trust, the wider UK and the world.
