The focus of Sheila’s Masters was on the implementation of a formative whole-school assessment approach to the marking of students’ written responses at GCSE and A Level to enhance students’ progress.

Sheila also has responsibility for NQT and RQT programmes for a regional Teaching School Alliance, as well as leading the NQT Appropriate Body for secondary schools.
