Working Lives
The Working Lives Group aims to improve the working culture, environment and work/life balance for all members of the Department of Cardiovascular Sciences, as set out in our Terms of Reference. Working Lives Group membership is drawn from all sections of the Department.
Feedback from staff and students on their experience of working within the Department is welcomed and can be given personally or anonymously. The Department also undertakes an annual staff and student survey to inform its action plan for improvement. Updates to staff and students on progress made in this area is provided regularly through this webpage and Departmental communications.
