"The chance to be part of such a stimulating research environment was an invaluable experience, and enabled me to acquire a new skill-set beyond that which was afforded by the main degree. The year proved to be one of the most challenging, yet rewarding times at medical school, ending with the opportunity to present abroad at an international conference and having the work published within a scientific journal. I highly recommend an iBSc to anyone with an interest in academic medicine." - Nikunj Patel (Intercalated BSc student)
