Personal details

I hold a BSc and a MA in Business Administration and Communication respectively. I worked full-time during my studies in Eurobank from where I resigned in 2018 after 21 years of service to pursue my PhD. I’m a full-time based on campus student in the School of Business’ Marketing Division enjoying the privilege of being solely a student and a tutor for the first time in my life. I use the word solely because for me teaching is very well interconnected to the PhD journey so there is no conflict of roles as it was the case with my previous professional life. So far, the process is unbelievably rewarding and fun confirming my motto. Do what you love, and you’ll never have to work another day in your life!

Research

Research The boundaries of fantasy and reality are quite blurred in the social world but even harder to discern in fantasy spaces. My research focuses on the experiential aspects of fantasy in fantasy spaces such as theme parks or online communities.
