I earned my undergraduate degree in Business Administration – Marketing major (high distinction) from the American University of Beirut (AUB) in 2004.

I then spent the first seven years of my professional career working in Marketing and Advertising for Global companies like Coldwell Banker Lebanon, McCann Erickson’s subsidiary Promoseven and later at Ogilvy and Mather’s MEMAC Ogilvy in Saudi Arabia.

By 2011 I had moved to Academia and had pursued my MBA (completed with high distinction) at Modern University of Business and Science (MUBS) in Lebanon where I also worked as Director of Admissions and Registration and taught Business Communication and Public Speaking courses. I then moved back to Saudi Arabia and worked as a Marketing Lecturer at Effat University for two years teaching Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, and Services Marketing. I am currently working as a Senior Consultant with Aboab & Co advising private and public sector clients on Strategic Communication and Behaviour change strategies.

My research interests are in the area of consumer research and marketing theory. I am particularly interested in the collaborative consumption phenomena also known as the new sharing economy and the consumption behaviour of millennials.
