Personal details
I joined the School of Management in 2012 as a faculty member (Teaching Fellow), after having worked part-time at the university for six years. I completed my PhD research at the University of Leicester, studying 'The Impact of a Speculative Stock Market on Institutional Investors'. Before arriving at the University of Leicester, I had completed my degree in Tourist Business Administration at the Technological Educational Institution of Larissa, Greece, and then I studied for my MBA (Finance) at Birmingham City University.

Research
My research interests lie in the area of financial speculation and bubbles, rumours, self-fulfilling prophecies, risk attitude of institutional investors, historical development and importance of institutional investors and regulatory failure of the markets.
