BSc in Management (University of Prishtina), MSc in Management (University of Sheffield). I am also a doctoral researcher in management at the University of Hull, Hull Business, Law and Politics School. I am in the final stage of completing a dissertation that explores the role of middle managers sensemaking in organisational change process in public organisations.
