I joined the University of Leicester in January 2020 as a lecturer in Finance. Prior to my journey at Leicester, I had worked as a graduate teaching assistant at the University of Essex (October 2015 to June 2019). I have a BSc degree in Business Administration from University of Benin (2009). My doctoral and postdoctoral research focused on the risk and ambiguity attitudes, consumer behaviour and central bank policies. More broadly, I am interested in financial risk management, consumer choices, and decision making in general. I am currently working on producing publications from my thesis and I am interested in doing research across various disciplines especially finance, economics and management. I am also interested in research in education, in particular my interest for closing the BAME gap within higher education, is why I am a member of the University of Leicester Black Excellence committee.
