Stephen Wood, Professor of Management, contributed to a British Psychological Society, Division of Occupational Psychology Workshop on Work-life Balance: Towards a Research and Practice Agenda for Systemic Change, held at the Institute of Advanced Studies, University of Surrey, July 5th-July 6th 2010. Wood's presentation overviewed the key research on employer's use of family-friendly practices, including his own work.
