Conference Information

The CA2018 is a family-friendly conference. A child-friendly room will be available on-campus throughout the conference with facilities for baby-changing; a soft play area for babies and toddlers; and toys for toddlers and older children. Please be aware however, that we cannot supervise children and a parent or guardian must be present. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children at all times during the conference. If privacy is required for breastfeeding or pumping milk, either this or the dedicated quiet room can be used. Both of these will be located in the School of Archaeology and Ancient History building.

Accessibility Information

The University of Leicester is committed to equal access to our facilities. DisabledGo has detailed accessibility guides for the Buildings on and off campus, including the main conference venues: Charles Wilson Building, Attenborough Tower and Seminar Block and Peter Williams Lecture Theatre in the Fielding Johnson Building.
