Research Development Events

The College runs two series of events to develop research projects, partnerships and funding.

(RED) support RED provide a range of support for researchers to develop projects including a weekly funding/opportunities email (RED Alert) and one to one advice.

The Midlands3Cities Doctoral Training Partnership will be awarding AHRC PhD studentships for 2018 entry to excellent research students in the arts and humanities.

The Midlands Graduate School is part of an ESRC network of Doctoral Training Partnerships offering 17 different training pathways that span various social science disciplines.

Cross-College Studentship

The College of Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities and College of Medicine, Biological Sciences and Psychology and are offering a joint studentship.

    Research Support Team

    Expert research administrative support for all schools within the college is available through the college research support team. The focus of the team is on research applications and grants. The team works in collaboration with colleagues in the Research and Enterprise Division, departmental research directors and administrators.
