Digital Holographic Microscopy

Digital Holographic Microscope

Digital Holographic Microscopy (DHM) is a powerful imaging technique that digitally records the light wavefront information reflected by or transmitted through a sample as a hologram. Phase reconstruction of this data allows for surface topography measurements with nanometer vertical resolution.

Applications include

  • micro-optics testing
  • investigation of microstructures
  • roughness measurements
