Supporting Mental Health in Your Community

What can you do?

Have you ever wanted to support mental health in your community but not quite known how? As part of the Wellbeing Matters project, we put our heads together with members of the community, to come up with big and small steps that can be taken to reduce stigma, brighten someone's day, or offer support to someone struggling with their mental health. They're also a great way to boost your own mental health and wellbeing.

Give one or more of the activities below a go, and share it with us on our Facebook Page!

Do you have a suggestion to be added to the list? Let us know here!
