Yoga & Arts at the Botanic Gardens
Saturdays, 19.1. and 16.2., 17.3. and 15.6. Sunday, 14.4. Our fun-filled mornings start at 9.30 with light and relaxing yoga exercises to clear the head and unwind. This is followed by a social tea and coffee break, and creative writing and drawing workshops focused on different aspect of wellbeing. No prior experience is needed for any of these sessions.
