What do you do to relax and unwind? Share, or just listen to others and enjoy the free coffee and cake.

We all know an apple a day keeps the doctor away, but what apples are there for your mind?

Come and join us at the 6 Degrees Coffee House on London Road, and share what you do to de-stress and learn how to take care of your emotional wellbeing, or just come for the free coffee!

Julian Harrison will be leading the session which is designed to give you new techniques and activities to help you reduce stress and emotional discomfort.

The sessions are taking place at 6.30pm on the following Wednesdays:

19th Dec - A special date just before the festive period. Maybe some of the discussed techniques will help deal with the stress and pressure that some may face over the holidays?!

9th Jan -  A warm welcome to the new year! Let's start the year off right and focus on our mental wellbeing to prepare to go back to work and our busy lives!

After this, we will resume our normal dates of the first Wednesday each month!

Spaces are limited to a max number of 20 and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Venue Information
- The venue is wheelchair accessible, however bathroom facilities are accessible via stairs only
- Free parking available for this event at the Fraser Noble Building
- Free hot and soft drinks and snacks
