Dynamic DNA

This year, the Department of Genetics will be celebrating 12 years of Dynamic DNA: 300 school children come to campus to learn more about genetics outside of the classroom across two days of fun activities. Learn more on the Dynamic DNA page.

Health Matters

Thanks to funding from the Edith Murphy foundation, we are able to open up the George Davies Centre for free venue hire to health related community groups. You can find out more about room bookings here.

We are also able to run health campaigns addressing prominent health issues in our local community. Our current and upcoming campaigns are on mental health, respiratory health, and healthy ageing. If you would like to take part in one of our events, please get in touch with
