College Resources Team

The College Resources Team (CRT) meet weekly to discuss resources required within the College.  The team consists of:

  • HR Business Partner, Mrs Nerys Bradley
  • Assistant Registrar (Resources), Mrs Lesley Clissold
  • Deputy Head of College, Dr Claire Gibson
  • Director of Operations, Mrs Dawn Kemp
  • College Accountant, Mr Chris Trafford

New Post/Changes to Post Approval Process

All new posts (fixed term or open ended) or changes to a current post need to be forwarded to CRT.  If you want to appoint via a new post within the College, you will need to submit the following paperwork to CRT for discussion via

If the PAF is approved by CRT, it will be signed off, scanned and emailed to HR, copying in the Departmental Manager.

If the PAF is not approved by CRT, it will be returned to the Departmental Manager unsigned.

Temporary Appointments Approval Process
(less than 12 weeks)

All appointments for less than 12 weeks need to be authorised by CRT prior to any action by Unitemps.  Please submit a Unitemps Requisition Form to CRT for discussion via

If you require an extension to the authorised Unitemps job then the Hiring Manager will need to complete an Extension to Unitemps Assignment Form.
