Doctoral Inaugural Lectures

This year's Doctoral Inaugural Lectures will be held on 14 June 2018 from 5pm in Lecture Theatre 2, George Davies Centre.

The Doctoral Inaugural Lectures are hosted by the Graduate School, organised in conjunction with the Researcher Development Team. You are invited to see the very best of our research degree graduates from the College of Life Sciences sharing their work and their passion for research with the University and the public.

The lectures will be presented by the following:

-        Shane Hussey (Genetics): Understanding how air pollution affects respiratory bacteria

-        Emma Jones (Health Sciences): Why is reporting quality improvement in the surgical literature so hard?
