For IT help visit IT Services, for all you need to know about IT at the University.
If you need any local advice on IT issues, disposal of IT equipment, device encryption or data storage requirements, please contact the Departmental IT manager Mr Jon Naylor nay@le.ac.uk.
Jon Naylor is the Department's IT representative and is responsible for arranging and renewing IT registration for staff and external collaborators. To set up a staff account it is necessary to have the SAP reference number for that employee. Leavers
When members of staff leave the Department, they will have a leavers exit interview for further information on leaving requirements. Staff will also be given the opportunity to fill in and return an exit survey form.
