Access your payslip off-campus from Monday, 1 June 2020
As part of the University’s response to Covid-19, IT Services are pleased to announce that from Monday, 1 June 2020 you will be able access your payslip while off-campus. This is particularly beneficial for staff with a University IT account, who don’t have access to University Remote access (VPN) or University Remote Desktop.

macOS Catalina upgrade not recommended for University Macs
If you are using a University Mac, we do not recommend upgrading to macOS Catalina, whilst testing takes place. In preparation, you’ll need to consider any older ‘32-bit’ apps (e.g. Photoshop CC v2018), you are using, as they will no longer be supported.

HP to continue as University PC supplier
Following a detailed procurement project, which attracted interest from a number of suppliers, IT Services and Procurement have retendered the contract to provide University PCs and Laptops. The successful bidder was DTP partnered with HP and the contract has now been awarded.
