Creating the initial collection
Creating a collection is really straightforward. All you need to do is:
- Visit the Add new menu and choose the Collection option.
- When you do this you'll be presented with the Add Collection interface (see images below).
- Give your collection a Title (required).
- Give your collection a Description and Body text (optional).

- Limit the number of results that the collection will show by checking the Limit Search Results box and writing a maximum number in the following field (optional).
- Display the collection as a Table and customise what columns of information are shown using the Display as Table checkbox and the Table Columns fields. Use the arrows to select/deselect items from your chosen set of table columns (optional).

- Press Save and the first stage in creating your collection is done.
- Now you need to configure your collection.
