Entry Requirements for International Foundation Year

Good high school graduation grades or equivalent academic study

Age
Students are normally at least 17 years old on commencement (students under the age of 18 must have a UK-based guardian)
English Language Level
For direct entry to the Foundation Year: IELTS 5.0 (with minimum 5.0 in all subskills), TOEFL 510 (180 computer based test, 64 internet based test) or equivalent. For English Language Preparation prior to your academic programme: equivalent of IELTS 4.0 for 1 term, IELTS 3.0 for 2 terms. If you don’t have an IELTS/TOEFL grade, alternative assessment of your English Language level is available.
