Entry requirements
A second class honours degree in Psychology or other qualification giving the Graduate Basis for Registration of the British Psychological Society and usually some relevant work experience is required.

Course aims
To equip you with a sound knowledge and understanding of the application of psychology in the occupational context in such a way as to provide a solid basis for further professional training and practice.

Teaching and assessment methods
Teaching is through specially prepared course materials and other directed reading. On-line delivery of course materials and a virtual learning environment support teaching. There is also an annual course conference at Leicester. Each module is assessed separately by written assignments and there is a final dissertation.
