Accommodation at the University of Leicester offers a wide and eclectic range of facilities. The Oadby Student Village is divided into four ‘halls’ each of which comprises several buildings, ranging from modern, purpose-built blocks to elegant Edwardian houses. The halls are set in one of Leicester’s greenest and most desirable suburbs away from, but with easy access to, the main campus. There are communal recreational and practical facilities, including launderettes and bars. John Foster Hall even has music practice rooms and dance/drama classes!

Accommodation is also available to postgraduate students who often prefer the self-catered buildings nearer to the main campus.
