Headspace: Take time out for good mental health

Posted by rmt22 at Jan 27, 2016 09:08 AM |
The University and Students’ Union are running a new mental health drop in on Mondays and Wednesdays.

The Headspace Mental Health clinic is run by the Richmond Fellowship who provide a confidential space for you to get support with any mental health issues you may be experiencing.

The clinic runs every Monday and Wednesday between 11am and 3pm during term time in the Percy Gee building Level 1. There’s no need to book, just turn up for a free support session with friendly advisers who are focused on helping people find solutions to problems and the relief of stress and anxiety.

The advisers can also point you towards other University support services if necessary so that we can continue to support you.

Please do take time to visit the clinic to meet the staff and learn more about the service available.
