This 15 month graduate programme can lead to a career in the innovative and vibrant university sector. A key aspect of your training will see you working alongside a diverse range of partners, from students and employers to funding bodies and commercial organisations.

The university sector is an exciting environment in which to build your future career and you will have the opportunity to contribute to a life you have already experienced and enjoyed, and make a difference to the learning of future generations of students.

You’ll be employed by a host university and will take part in a 15-month programme split into three placements. The first and last of these will be based at your host university, while the middle placement will take you to a different partner university in the region.

The work will be project-based and wide-ranging, offering many diverse and challenging opportunities. You will develop your management and leadership skills and in many cases you will be able to see the results of your work being implemented across the university.
