Vote now to support Leicester talent at the Science Museum
The University of Leicester is through to the final round of a competition to find the most innovative pre-market products, processes and concepts being developed in the UK today.
Led by Enterprise and Business Development, the University of Leicester was selected for its Tinnitus Relief Therapy, which was on display in the Make it in Great Britain exhibition at the Science Museum two weeks ago. The Tinnitus Relief Therapy has emerged from work undertaken by Dr Mike Mulheran from the Department of Medical and Social Care Education, in collaboration with University Hospitals of Leicester and Orthoscopics Limited.
The Tinnitus Relief Therapy was featured alongside other finalists in the 'Make it...Life-changing' category, and visitors to the Museum were invited to vote on which of the inventions was their favourite.
As the winner in its category, Tinnitus Relief Therapy is now back on display between 28 August – 9 September. Visitors will be able to vote for their favourite overall invention, with the selected product declared the overall winner of the Make it in Great Britain Challenge.
