Application open for 2011 Festival of Postgraduate Research

The Festival of Postgraduate Research offers organisations and the general public, as well as the wider community, the opportunity to meet the next generation of innovators and cutting-edge researchers.

Fifty competitively selected postgraduate researchers present their research at a public exhibition. The researchers are asked to consider the real world implications of their research and to present it in an engaging and accessible way.

To find out more about the festival please attend a taster session. Taster sessions have been arranged for Monday 7 February 2011 and Wednesday 9 February 2011, both from 10am-11am in the Student Development Zone seminar room.

To apply for a place in the festival you need to submit your application before the closing date on Friday 25 February 2011.
