The Human Resources Division is committed to providing the University with a high quality, efficient HR service that will contribute to the quality of the teaching and research across the University. You can contact HR for advice and guidance on employment, policies and procedures. HR also provide advice and guidance to managers to support them in managing their teams effectively.
Employee Self-Service
Employee Self-Service allows you to see, and where appropriate, change some of your personal and employment details such as your home address and preferred name. This enables you to ensure the information held by HR about you is accurate and complete. In time, Employee Self-Service may also be used to book annual leave, reduce the need for paper pay slips and more.

HR Advice Line
Your first point of contact, for any issue or enquiry regarding any aspect of employment or management is the HR Advice line.
The Advice Line staff will ensure that your issue is referred to the member of the HR team who is best placed to answer your query. They can also take messages for HR team members and in some cases provide you with initial guidance on where to find relevant policies and procedures.

Recruitment
The Recruitment team provide support and guidance to managers and employees regarding the recruitment and selection of new staff and/or applications for jobs from existing staff. They can also help with visa queries and some immigration issues.
