Getting Started
IT Services
Register with IT Services to receive your University IT account username and password. Your University IT account will enable you to login to a University PC, Blackboard, eduroam wifi and many other IT systems and services.
Your departmental IT contact will be able to register you for a University IT account.

Access and parking
You may need to apply for an access 'swipe' card for your building.
If you want to park on campus you will need to apply for a parking permit.
Human Resources
Employee Development Induction Programme
You will be invited to attend an Introduction to the University of Leicester event after joining the University. The Staff Development Partnership provide training and development opportunities, including information for new staff.

Academic Practice Unit
The Academic Practice Unit supports the initial and continuing professional development of staff engaged in teaching, research and academic leadership activities across the University. We provide courses, workshops and accredited programmes, and work with colleges, departments and individuals for bespoke professional development.
