Employability Research Project

The University’s GENIE group and the Students’ Union are working in partnership to explore staff and students’ understanding of employability skills.

To support the project the research team are asking members of staff to complete a short survey.  The survey is essential in providing the research group with information about what staff think employability skills are and where they think students acquire these skills.  

The aim of this research is to identify methods by which students can develop and improve their career prospects thus helping them to find a job following graduation .
